Whipsmart Bold by Lauren Thompson is a free comic display font with tall, sharply drawn letters and lively changes in stroke width. Its narrow forms lean and swell in unexpected places, giving the line an elastic, slightly unruly silhouette. Smooth curves and blunt cuts keep the drawing crisp rather than sketchy.

Posters are its clearest home. The exaggerated proportions suit comedy events, children's publishing, playful packaging, and merchandise, where the stretched curves can echo cartoon figures and other loose illustration.
