Han Solo Halftone Font

Han Solo Halftone, created by Iconian Fonts in 2013, is a free modern display font with broad, weighty capitals. Repeated horizontal cuts stripe the upper portions of the letters, then give way to solid lower shapes. Rounded curves and sharp triangular forms make the alphabet feel both engineered and theatrical.

A retro-futurist entertainment brand could use it for title cards, event posters, and merchandise, where the striped treatment resembles scan lines or stage lighting. In publishing, it gives science-fiction magazines and music features a strong period-styled masthead.
