Goeschen Fraktur UNZ1A by Peter Wiegel is a free Fraktur blackletter font with broad, calligraphic forms and sharply cut details. Its changing stroke widths create dark, rounded masses interrupted by fine points and hooked ends. The letters look formal, old-world, and slightly fierce.

In publishing, its dense shapes can set a historical cover or dramatic chapter heading, echoing early Gothic print. That medieval edge also suits heraldic event posters and fantasy game graphics.
