Yesteryear by Astigmatic is a free brush script with sweeping, sharply tapered strokes and a distinctly theatrical silhouette. Its oversized capitals, deep loops, and lively changes in stroke width recall hand-painted show cards and vintage storefront lettering.

It can turn a brand name into an illustrated gesture. That makes it convincing for restaurant branding, beverage packaging, event posters, and music artwork. The font is strongest in expressive names and titles, where its long strokes supply the period atmosphere.
