Twitterchirp by goldypuppydog of FontStruct is a free pixel font built from stark square modules. Its letters combine upright block strokes with stepped edges and small separated squares along the lower line. The uneven distribution of solid and dotted forms gives the lettering a glitchy, early-screen texture.
A game interface is its most convincing setting, especially for score displays and menus that benefit from the low-resolution construction.
