Traffix by Kristen Cork is a free wide-set pixel font with the plainspoken look of early computer signage. Its broad capitals have squared curves and open inner spaces. Clipped corners and simplified joins keep the design brisk and mechanical.
It can turn a game title into an interface label, and it also fits arcade posters, technology events, and electronic music artwork. The lettering can become part of the screen graphics, echoing status panels, score displays, and chunky interface icons.
