SmallerType Digital of Userbars, designed by Helder Tiago of FontShop International GmbH, is a free modular techno display font built from squared, sharply cut strokes of nearly even weight. Open breaks and repeated right angles recall early digital readouts.
The lettering can link game interfaces with electronic music artwork because both benefit from its machine-made geometry. It also suits technology packaging and esports merchandise, where the blocky construction can echo circuit paths, status bars, and screen graphics. For branding, its segmented shapes can become part of a product emblem or a venue identity rather than sitting apart as neutral text.
