Schwarz

Schwarz, by Lasse Hedegaard, is a free distorted display font with a rough, cut-paper attitude. The caps feel battered and hand-slashed, mixing blunt black shapes with sharp white gouges and uneven edges that give the alphabet a restless, almost punk poster energy.

It works well for music flyers, horror titles, zine covers, club posters, and rebellious brand marks where the free font can carry a raw, homemade charge. Because the letters are so broken and animated, it is best used in short headlines, title cards, or monograms where that jagged rhythm stays loud and clear.
