ProtoSans16 by Roman Gornitsky is a free geometric techno display font built from rigid, near-uniform strokes. Its letters favor right angles, squared curves, and open constructions that recall early digital lettering. The broad forms feel spare, controlled, and deliberately mechanical.

A game interface is an especially convincing setting, since the blocky shapes resemble symbols assembled on a low-resolution screen. The same construction suits electronic music posters, technology branding, and science-fiction title cards. Editorial section openers become interface-like markers.
