Powell and Geary by S. John Ross is a free handwritten display font with tall, loosely drawn capitals and an easygoing monoline weight. Rounded corners, wavering strokes, and shifting letter proportions give the lettering the directness of marker-drawn signage rather than carefully drafted type.
Independent cafes, record shops, and casual clothing brands could use it to build an approachable identity across packaging, signs, and merchandise. Its broad, open forms also suit magazine section titles and feature openers about music, street culture, or local arts.
