Pleasingly Plump NF by Nick Curtis of Nick's Fonts is a free cartoon display font with broad, swollen, tightly packed letters and a gleefully off-kilter silhouette. Thick strokes, flared slab-like feet, pinched inner spaces, and uneven tops give the lettering the squishy look of hand-cut foam shapes.
Candy, comic mischief, and cheerful children's entertainment are natural subjects for its rounded mass and lopsided forms. It fits snack packaging, party posters, and game graphics. On book covers, the exaggerated shapes can echo simple character illustrations, and they also suit playful merchandise.
