Platsch 2 Outline, designed by Dieter Schumacher, is a free comic outline display font with a loud, hand-drawn snap. The caps lean into jagged angles, inflated curves, and uneven cartoon energy, so the alphabet feels closer to a splash-panel headline than a neat geometric set.

It works well for zines, poster headlines, comic-style title cards, playful packaging, and event flyers where a free font can bring motion without heavy fill.
