Max and The Dust by Paulo R. is a free handwritten font with tall, narrow letters and a loose monoline stroke. Rounded bends and uneven shapes give the lettering a wiry, homemade character.
Children's book covers are its strongest setting, since the spindly proportions and playful changes in width suit stories built around oddball characters and hand-drawn worlds.
