Makushka by Peter Wiegel is a free condensed display sans serif with tall, forceful lettering. Its broad strokes are packed into narrow shapes, with rounded joins softening the otherwise upright construction. Deep internal cuts and tight gaps give the letters an architectural, almost slotted appearance.

Designers in music or youth culture could use it for posters, merchandise, and event branding. The compressed silhouette also suits magazine cover lines, where cutaway forms can echo columns and vertical graphic elements.
