Gelio Pasteli by S. John Ross is a free graffiti display font with the angular look of scratched lettering. Tall capitals shift between blunt curves, sharp corners, and abrupt changes of direction. Uneven widths and a loose baseline keep the alphabet raw and restless.
The jagged strokes echo marker drawings and rough urban illustration in poster designs. It also suits music merchandise and skate branding. There the irregular letters become part of the artwork for audiences drawn to punk, street, and DIY culture.
