Faerytale Woods by Brittney Murphy is a free cartoon display font with the crooked charm of storybook lettering. Its tall, uneven forms mix swollen curves with thin, pinched joins and gently flared ends. Changing stroke widths keep the letters lively and slightly unruly.
Children's publishing is an obvious home for it, especially on fairy-tale covers and illustrated story pages. The same theatrical shapes can suit folklore-themed event posters, packaging for handmade sweets, and whimsical game graphics.
