Demons and Darlings by Chad Savage is a free horror display font built from tall, uneven capitals with sharply changing stroke widths. Needle-like points, swollen curves, and small knotted ends give the lettering a hand-drawn, occult edge rather than a conventional gothic finish.
Dark fantasy and supernatural themes are its clearest territory. The jagged silhouettes suit horror posters and game graphics, especially when the lettering needs to resemble carved marks or an ominous emblem. Halloween event graphics and heavy-metal merchandise also fit its theatrical shapes, but poster lettering remains the strongest use for the spiky, irregular design.
