Commodore 64 Pixelized Font

Commodore 64 Pixelized by Devin Cook is a free pixel font built from square modules and hard right angles. Its broad strokes and stepped edges recreate the blunt grid construction of early home computer lettering.

Game graphics are its most natural setting, especially for arcade menus and title screens. The blocky forms also suit technology posters and gaming merchandise with an unmistakable 8-bit reference. Beside pixel art, its letters can function like interface tiles or pixel-art signage.

This is an update to the Commodore 64 font submitted a long time ago. The new version can be embedded in documents such as PDFs.

The font was renamed from “Commodore Pixeled” to “Commodore Pixelized” after a small business complained.
