CM Handwriting One Super Condensed by Christopher Means is a free distressed handwriting font with an extremely compressed, towering silhouette. Thin scratches collide with blunt, ink-heavy patches throughout the letters.
Against photocopied portraits, torn-paper collage, and rough concert photography, the lettering can merge directly into the dense surrounding texture on punk posters and music packaging, rather than reading like a neat caption added afterward. That same nervous, handmade edge also belongs on horror title cards, underground magazine covers, and streetwear graphics, where the narrow, ragged forms can convincingly resemble urgent marks scratched or painted straight onto the artwork.
