Baveuse by Ray Larabie of Larabie Fonts is a free decorative display font with massive, tightly packed letters and an unruly cut-paper silhouette. Broad strokes buckle into blunt curves and sudden angles, with sliced openings and uneven joins that make the lettering look lively rather than mechanically geometric.

Posters are its strongest setting, especially for club nights, alternative music, or offbeat cultural events where the dense shapes can function almost like a custom masthead. It also suits album covers, streetwear graphics, and playful packaging, where the distorted contours can echo torn collage pieces, chunky stickers, or abstract cartoon forms in the surrounding artwork.

Baveuse was created in 2000. The latest version includes an additional set of alternate letters and numerals that are automatically shuffled in OpenType-savvy applications.
