Basic Scratch from Xerographer Fonts is a free distorted display font whose broad capital forms are filled with dense diagonal scratches rather than solid strokes. The hatching stays consistently steep and restless.
Concert posters and streetwear branding draw on its abrasive texture, while horror-game title cards suit the uneasy, damaged finish. Album packaging can use the slanted scratch motif as part of a larger field of scuffs, marker lines, or distressed artwork.
