Banzai by Vic Fieger is a free East Asian-inspired display font built from broad squared strokes and sharply cut diagonals. Its dense silhouettes mix rigid horizontal bars with curved lower forms, recalling hand-painted signs translated into solid geometry.
The lettering draws on vintage martial arts posters and restaurant graphics, making it suited to action-film packaging and themed event posters. It can also bring a direct theatrical edge to game artwork or music merchandise. For branding, the blocky forms are most convincing when a product or venue deliberately embraces that retro genre reference.
